Samsung IMEI information and Knox Guard checks

Compare the two Samsung services
Samsung Info S1 is the lower-priced device information option. Samsung Info and Knox Guard S1 is a separate provider service whose name includes Knox Guard information. Compare the displayed service and price rather than assuming that every report contains the same fields.
Returned information varies by device and provider response. A service name does not guarantee a particular field for every identifier. Read the completed report; missing information is not a positive status.
Match the IMEI to the actual phone
Copy the IMEI from the device and compare it carefully before confirming. An IMEI has exactly 15 digits. Our format and check-digit validation can reject typing mistakes, but passing it does not prove the existence, condition or ownership of a phone.
Information reports have limits
These services supply reports. They do not change device settings, remove management restrictions or unlock a phone. Keep the report ID if you need support. If the response is processing, refresh that receipt rather than submitting a duplicate order.
